This exceptional antique chain is crafted in solid 18ct gold and showcases a beautifully balanced combination of fancy double fetter/trombone links and knot links, creating a richly textured and highly tactile design.
 
The trombone links measure approximately 12.5 x 2.5mm, with an ornate central baton section that increases the overall depth to around 3.5mm. This detailing gives the chain a striking four-dimensional appearance, allowing it to catch the light and sit beautifully on the neckline. The alternating knot links introduce softness and movement, making this a particularly wearable and elegant antique piece.
 
The chain is finished with a classic bolt ring clasp measuring 11mm in diameter, and one end link retains its original “18C” gold tag, a wonderful period detail that collectors appreciate.
