This antique Victorian 18ct gold oval pendant converted from a cufflink, dates to 1895.
Stamped with a crown and '18' depicting 18-carat gold, a legible yet faded makers mark 'WM' and the leopard head for the London assay office, as well as the date letter for 1895.
The pendant boasts an elevated starburst, exceptionally engraved by hand, with a firey white opal set in its centre. They are semi-solid and wearable - the ideal pendant to add to your neckmess layers or wear on its own with your favourite chain.
